Parents should be empowered to choose the education that best fits their child’s needs, learning style, and future. Samantha supports educational freedom across public, charter, private, and homeschool settings, alongside strong pathways from learning to meaningful work.

Put parents at the center of decisions about their child’s education, with access to clear information and meaningful choices.
Advocate for homeschooling incentives and practical support that help families access curriculum, learning materials, and educational opportunities.
Support safe, high-quality learning environments that recognize children’s individual strengths and needs.
Expand career and technical education, apprenticeships, skilled trades, and partnerships among schools, local employers, and training programs.

Families deserve room to thrive, and taxpayers deserve accountability. Samantha supports opportunity for workers and small businesses alongside careful spending and transparent government.

Support local businesses, entrepreneurs, and practical pathways to employment.
Advocate for responsible budgets, clear public reporting, and oversight of how tax dollars are spent.
Keep affordability and the impact on homeowners and working families at the center of spending and tax decisions.

Safer Communities & Stronger Neighborhoods

Safe neighborhoods and secure schools support every one of these priorities. Every family deserves to feel safe at home, every child deserves a safe place to learn, and every local business deserves a secure environment to grow.

Community safety: Support well-trained law enforcement, community-based prevention, and partnerships that build trust between officers and the people they serve.

School safety: Support trained school resource officers, clear safety protocols, and collaboration among educators, parents, and public safety professionals to prevent violence and protect students.
